Why was my card rejected, and what could be the reason?

 If your payment was rejected while making a purchase with your Odix Pay card, it could be due to several reasons: 

  • Insufficient balance on your card. 
  • The place you are trying to use the Odix Pay card is not supported. 
  • The POS device where you are making the payment is blocked for international use. 
  • If you don’t think any of these reasons apply to your situation, you can contact our customer support team using the order number from the transaction details in the app to get more information about the payment rejection.
